How it works
Get started in 3 steps
Plan your session
Personal Training is arranged directly with your trainer (via WhatsApp or contact form). Open Gym and studio sessions are booked online, which takes 2 minutes.
Get access
For PT your trainer arranges the studio and gets you in. For Open Gym and studio rental, you receive a door code via WhatsApp at midnight before your session. There's no reception desk.
Train privately
Walk in and start. Can't make it after all? Cancelling is always free.
What makes us different
A small studio with no contract
You train here with a personal trainer or in a small group, never in a packed room. Every price is on the site, so you never have to ask.
Your trainer keeps the full rate
Trainers rent the studio and keep 100% of what you pay them. We only earn from the rent, from €12 an hour.
Never more than 4 people
There's no reception desk. With so few people in the studio, you don't wait for a rack or a bench.
Nothing locks you in
The first intake is free. You book PT per session, and Open Gym runs in 4-week cycles you can stop at any time.

Trainers set their own rates. A SCULPT TRANSFORMATION starts from €299 per 4 weeks, unlimited Open Gym included. The intro is always free. The price you see you pay directly to your trainer, no middleman.
You train independently in our private studio with professional equipment. Schedule your sessions via our booking system, receive a door code and train on your time. Single session €9, or €7.25 per session with the Starter plan (4 sessions for €29 per 4 weeks).
No. Open Gym works on a 4-week cycle with no contract, cancel anytime. Personal training is booked per session. Studio rental is per hour or via discount packages.
Yes! As a freelance trainer or physiotherapist, you can rent our studio from €12 per 60 minutes. We also offer discount packages up to 23% off.
